But in the interim this is so incredibly dumb I just had to post it...
I used to live in Portland, sometimes I wish I was back, but then I think about the folks who place "Keep Portland Weird" bumper stickers on their cars.. And I wonder if maybe I'm wound waaay too tightly to ever go back.
Of course the guy who thinks this stuff up is essentially not "with it" but anyway, please do not try this at home, and if you live in Portland and see an idiot chasing a streetcar look away as I'm sure one day one of these 'tards is sure to injure himself.

The streetcars are just asking for kids to race them. That's why they ring those bells. Busses are usually more difficult to race, but they also enjoy the game. Through the city is easier because they have to keep stopping, but along Barbur it's more of a challenge. They see you, and then stomp on the accelerator to get by you quick enough so they can make the next stop, and then you've got to speed up and pass, either on the left, or blast through the sidewalk on the right before it releases a cluster of waddling, wandering bus riders for you to dodge. If there's a hill or enough traffic, I can pass the same bus two or three times.
Doode, don't tell me you are chasing streetcars on foot. The very that Win is running after them in the middle of the day indicates he most likely had a frontal lobotomy.
