Seattle to Portland: quick report and wattage

Potentially boring stuff. In a nutshell, the ride was really, really hot; I rode with a group of three others, and everyone did a good few turns at the front.

Doing the one day last year was a completely different experience, less riders to mow through, folks were really focused on knocking the ride out. The two day experience is more relaxed, still hard and the second 100 miles is really a nice century when you don't have to ride it in the heat of the day, though this year from Longview (60 miles out) the heat was rough, e.g. mid 90's or so.

I'll get some pictures up soon too.

I figured if I did it I'd pull the group as much as I could at IM watts, turns out I did a bit more:

Best 10min avg- 259w

" " 30 min- 201w

" " 60 min- 184w
