Ironman Oregon?

This article discuss the possibility (and bids) of an event at either Hagg Lake, Bend or Eugene..

In my opinion I think Hagg Lake is the least appealing of the venues from a logistical pov and from an athlete perspective.

Rumour has it Bend and Eugene are not in the running at this point, which is really too bad.
